I love watching movies. I also love golf. And I love watching golf. So when you add those three things together, there are only a hand full of “really good” golf movies. So if you are looking for the best golf movies, I have my top 9 favorite golf movies here. Check them all out below and let me know which one is your favorite!
The Best Golf Movies:
- The Greatest Game Ever Played – This is probably one of my favorite movies in general. It is funny, entertaining, serious and pulls at the heart strings through the whole movie.
- Caddyshack (& Caddyshack 2) – This is just a classic. I feel like every golfer has seen this movie at least once. And if you haven’t, do yourself a favor and watch it.
- The Legend of Bagger Vance
- Tin Cup
- Happy Gilmore – This one doesn’t need any explanation… its Happy Gilmore!
- Seven Days in Utopia
- The Caddy – I can honestly say that I have never seen this movie but I plan on seeing it now. After a lot of research, this movieĀ kept popping up as a top golf movie so I added it to the list even though I haven’t seen it.
- Bobby Jones: Stroke of a Genius
- The Short Game – If you haven’t seen this, you are in luck because it is streaming on Netflix (#) now! It is about 8-10 year olds
