- 5 ½ cups sweetened coconut
- ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
in a large bowl, stir together flour, coconut, and salt
stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until well blended.
line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray the parchment with non-stick cooking spray
scoop 1 tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking sheet
bake at 350℉ for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are set and the coconut is toasted
when baked, immediately remove cookies from the baking sheet and place on a rack to cool
