rice krispie treats

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 16 oz bag mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups rice krispies cereal

Instructions

  • in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat
  • once melted, add in all but 1 cup of the marshmallows stirring until completely melted
  • remove from heat and add the cereal
  • pour mixture onto parchment paper and gently form into a rectangle
  • allow to set & cool
