peanut butter cookies

- 1 cup peanut butter creamy preferred
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
preheat oven to 350°F
combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg well in a mixing bowl
drop tablespoon sized balls of dough on a cookie sheet
use the back of a fork in a cross pattern and press into the cookies to flatten them
bake for about 8-10 minutes
let cool
